You make courses, e-books, templates or other digital products. Cre8ify sells them for you: we are the seller, we handle VAT and invoices, and you get paid out to your IBAN.
How it works
- Create your shop. Signing up is free and takes a few minutes. Choose “I want to sell” and give your shop a name.
- Put your product online. Upload your file, write a short description and set a price including VAT. We check your first product and then put it live.
- Sell and get paid. Buyers pay with iDEAL, card or PayPal and download straight away. Your share arrives in your account every month.
What we handle for you
- VAT and invoices. Cre8ify is the seller. We charge the right VAT rate for each country, issue the numbered invoice and pay the VAT over, including through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS).
- Payments. iDEAL, card and PayPal. We carry the cost of payment processing and chargebacks.
- Secure delivery. Your files are stored privately. Buyers get a download link that expires after a while.
- Your own shop page with your name, logo and all your products in one place.
What it costs
Signing up and opening a shop is free. On each sale we keep a 7% commission on the amount excluding VAT. Your dashboard shows exactly what you sold, how much VAT was paid over and what is left for you.
Payouts
Your earnings are paid out once a month to your IBAN, from € 50. A sale becomes payable 14 days after purchase, so refunds and chargebacks can be covered without you having to pay anything back later.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay VAT on my sales through Cre8ify?
No. Cre8ify is the seller to the buyer and pays that VAT. What you receive from us is your turnover towards Cre8ify. Whether you charge VAT on that yourself depends on your own situation (for example the small business scheme, KOR). If in doubt, check with your accountant.
What can I sell?
Digital work you made yourself or hold the rights to: courses, e-books, presets, templates, fonts, music. No physical products and nothing that infringes other people’s rights.
Does my work stay mine?
Yes. You keep all rights. Buyers get a licence to use your product as described in your product description.
Can I stop?
Any time. Take your products offline whenever you like and we pay out what you are still owed.
